Operation principle:
The two-level lifting and transverse mechanical parking equipment
is divided into two layers, and the entrance and exit are on the 1F
floor. The 2F layer load plate can do the up and down movement, and
the 1F layer load plate can do the left and right transverse
movement. The 1F floor is provided with an empty parking space.
Just move the 1F floor load board left and right to change the
vacancy, so that the vacant 2F floor load board drops to the 1F
floor, so as to access the 2F floor car. The car on the 1F layer
loading plate does not need any action and can be directly
accessed.
When accessing the vehicle, first issue instructions through the
human-machine interface (digital keys, swipe cards, fingerprints),
enter the parking number to be accessed, you can access the
vehicle. When the vehicle to be accessed enters and exits the 1F
layer load board, it can be directly stored and retrieved; Store
and take the 2F layer, and the 1F layer load board moves
horizontally to leave a space under the parking space to be stored
and taken, and then the 2F layer load board drops to the 1F layer
empty, and the user can access the vehicle after the 2F layer load
board is in place.

of the two-layer carrier plate is transmitted to the ground through
the anti-fall frame. Under the double action of the hydraulic
system and the anti-fall frame, the lifting wire rope and the
hydraulic transmission system are in a no-load state under the
static state of the equipment, which reduces the load time and
fatigue times of the hydraulic transmission system, improves the
safety of the system and extends the service life of the hydraulic
transmission system.

of the lifting platform is determined by the length of the cylinder
in the hydraulic cylinder, in the case of known lifting height, the
